Local Entrepreneurs, Start-ups and Small Business Owners
The Entrepreneurs Hub (www.ehubgwinnett.com) announced today its Fall Entrepreneur Series. Focused on providing relevant and timely information for local entrepreneurs, start-ups and small business owners, the eSeries will include three sessions: Make Your Mark Workshop: Get Your Marketing Up and Running in 30 Days, Sparking your Public Relations Workshop and the first eHub CEO panel. Located within the Gwinnett Innovation Park in Gwinnett County, Georgia, the eHub features plug-in ready work spaces for individuals and start-up companies within a shared Hub office.
“The marketing and PR workshops and our first CEO panel will provide area small businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups with access to industry experts in an interactive and educational format,” said Marcy Powers, manager of eHub.
Make Your Mark: Get Your Marketing Up and Running in 30 Days – Friday, September 17
Led by launch specialist, Sharon Cuppett, “Make Your Mark” will focus on tips for getting your marketing up and running in 30 days. The hands on workshop will include tips, information and templates on the following:
- Website development
- Developing a marketing plan
- Working with a limited budget
- Marketing resources

Spark Your Public Relations Campaign – Friday, October 22
The second workshop will be led by media strategist, Deanna Anderson and will focus on how to leverage public relations to reach your target customers. The session “Spark your Public Relations Campaign” will focus on key components for developing a public relations plan including:
- Developing key messages
- Press release templates, postings and reports
- Creating a media list
- Free resources for finding reporters, bloggers and story opportunities
- Leveraging social media
